Trolley Derby

            TROLLEY DERBY

On Saturday I went to the Trolley Derby where I met up with Albie, Sam, Seth, Ronan and Darcy.  When we first arrived we saw the Nelson Intermediate trolley.  It was coming in 4th place because it isn't a very good design, it's too big and not very aerodynamic.   My favourite part about the trolley derby is watching the crashes.

The best crash...  a speedy trolley in the lead  starts to wobble and the flips out of control.  It starts rolling side over side down the hill,  slows down and gets back on its wheels only to crash into another trolley that was a long way behind. Finally it comes to a standstill crashing into the hay bails on the side of the track.
