Lessons from our Past

 At the moment we are researching the Treaty of Waitangi and how it was created.  We have recorded our thinking in a Sociograph, a T.A.P (Think All Possibilities) and a Double Bubble Map.  We considered the opinions and perspectives of key people involved, the "flexible intentions" causing confusion with different versions, and how the conflict resulting from the signing of the Treaty is still causing problems now.  We are writing our own treaty and have learned to consider everyone's opinion, to take our time with making the final treaty and for it to be clear to understand.   Here are some examples of our work.
